Barsol Torontel is a single-varietal Peruvian pisco made from 100% Torontel grapes — a Muscat-family grape producing an intensely floral and aromatic pisco with distinctive jasmine and magnolia character. Produced traditionally at Bodega San Isidro in Peru’s Ica Valley using alembic copper pot stills.
Torontel is one of the most aromatic of the eight permitted Peruvian pisco grape varieties — thoroughly floral and fragrant, with distinctive jasmine, magnolia, and honeysuckle character. Distinct from the structured Quebranta or balanced Italia, Torontel sits at the most aromatic end of the pisco spectrum and is particularly well-suited to expressive cocktails and citrus-driven builds.
